Vanillin Crystal Raw Materials is obtained from o-aminoanisole hydrolysed to guaiacol by diazotization, condensed with formaldehyde in the presence of nitrosodimethylaniline and catalyst, or reacted with trichloromethane under the catalysis of potassium hydroxide, and then extracted and separated, and then purified by vacuum distillation and crystallisation.
