Acrylamide powder is a white crystalline chemical that is used to make acrylamide. Acrylamide CAS 79-06-1 is a linear polymer with a molecular weight ranging from 4 million to 21 million. Acrylamide Raw Materials are white or slightly yellow granular powder, easily soluble in water.

Colorless odorless crystal. Soluble in water, ethanol, acetone, ether and trichloroethane, slightly soluble in toluene, insoluble in benzene.

Production methodprocess of Acrylamide powder

The concentrated sulfuric acid, phenothiazine (polymerization inhibitor) and water were mixed and added to the reactor. After stirring, acrylonitrile was slowly added. After the drip was added, the temperature was raised to 95 ~ 100℃, and the heat was kept for 50 minutes. Cool to 20 ~ 25℃, dilute with appropriate amount of water, neutralize to neutral with sodium carbonate, filter to obtain acrylic water solution. Then it is cooled and crystallized, separated and dried to obtain Acrylamide Raw Materials.
