Production methodprocess of UV 327 powder

P-chloro-nitroaniline is diazotized with sodium nitrite and coupled with 2, 4-di-tert-butylphenol. The coupling product is reduced in alcohol-alkali medium by adding zinc powder to obtain crude product, and then purified to obtain UV 327 Raw Materials.
