Production methodprocess of Sulfolane liquid

With butadiene and sulfur dioxide as raw materials, cyclobutadiene sulfone methanol solution was synthesized by heating in a pressure reactor (100-110℃) in the presence of hydroquinone methanol solvent. After fractionation, fine cyclobutadiene sulfone was hydrogenated to cyclobutadiene sulfone in the presence of nickel-containing catalyst, and then Sulfolane liquid was obtained by gas-liquid separation and fractionation.
