• (1). Add 245kg of water into the reaction kettle, turn on the stirring, and heat up to 70℃;
• (2). Then 75kg of acrylamide and 105kg of formaldehyde were added, and the polymerisation inhibitor p-hydroxyanisole was also added in an amount of 100-500 ppm, and stirred at 40°C for 1 hour to fully react;
• (3). Then 75kg of acrylamide, 45kg of catalyst hydrochloric acid were added, heated to 70°C under stirring, reacted for 2 hours, cooled and left for 48 hours;
• (4). The product was filtered out and dried at 80°C to obtain N,N'-Methylenebisacrylamide powder.
