Uses and synthesis of Fenbendazole powder

Fenbendazole powder is white or near-white powder,  odorless and tasteless. This product is dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide, slightly soluble in methanol,  insoluble in water, and dissolved in glacial acetic acid. Fenbendazole is a broad-spectrum,  highly effective and low-toxicity benzimidazole deworm drug,  which has a strong affinity with tubulin in the structure of the worm,  thereby preventing the aggregation of microtubules by affecting cell transport and energy metabolism,  and ultimately destroying the integrity and energy transfer function of the somatic cells of the worm.

Light brown gray crystalline powder. Melting point 233℃ (decomposition). Soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), slightly soluble in general organic solvents, insoluble in water. Odorless, tasteless.
