Production methodprocess of Zinc citrate powder

10.5g(0.05mo1) citric acid was dissolved in 100mL distilled water, and 6.1g(0.075mo1) zinc oxide was added to it in batches. The reaction was heated and stirred in a water bath at 60-80 ℃ for 2h. Filter while hot, concentrate the filtrate to 1/3 of the original volume under reduced pressure, add 10mL95% ethanol, at room temperature. Standing crystallized for 6h, Zinc citrate powder was obtained by filtration, washing and vacuum drying
